Content creation and marketing is essential for building an audience so that they will know, like, and trust you. The problem is, many musicians don’t naturally have this business sense.

They may know how to be a good music teacher, and that’s certainly part of it. But they don’t know how to create great content that will captivate an audience of music students and keep them wanting to come back.

Even more so, they don’t know how to market that content after it’s created. Just because you make a great blog post, podcast episode, or video, doesn’t mean anyone is going to actually see or hear it.

In this episode, I help you create great content. Not just any content though, evergreen content.

In this episode:

1. The 4 E’s for creating great content

  • Educational
  • Evergreen
  • Engaging
  • Easy

2. 3 main types of evergreen content.

  • How to
  • Step-wise content
  • List content

3. How to write engaging headlines.

4. How to add CTA’s to your music education content so that they take a desirable action.

5. How often you should create new content.

Every piece of free content you create is an asset. It’s something that will live on for years to come, and may even end up generating a lot of revenue for you.

It’s also a great excuse to email your mailing list with updates on your new content to deliver value and keep your list warm.

The important thing to take away from this episode is to start making great content now because it could absolutely change your life in the long run.
